Gastronomy with a view of Sønderjylland
Restaurant Syttende is built on high quality and a love of good ingredients. We like to shop locally, and many of the areas where the ingredients come from can actually be seen up from the restaurant.
Chef Peter Rødsgaard and his team create a gastronomic experience in a class of its own, and you can choose wines from an exceptional wine list. Of course, Danish beer, cider and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks are also available.
It is recommended that you book a table well in advance.
In 2021, Restaurant Syttende was awarded its first Michelin star.
