Mirror tiles by Olafur Eliasson
The foyer wall at Alsion Concert hall is decorated by a 330 m2 large, unique art work, which stretches from floor to ceiling.
Approximately 5000 three-dimensional, ceramic tiles with a platinum glaze was used to design this beautiful work of art, which reflects the colour from the shiny, high red floor.
The international recognized artist Olafur Eliasson erected the art design in 2006. In daily terms, the design is also called the Music wall and you can see it from the outside through the glass façade and close up from the inside when the Alsion building is open.
