Would you like to spend Christmas Eve relaxing and enjoying the festivities without having to worry about all the preparations? At Hotel Nørherredhus in Nordborg, you can celebrate with traditional Danish Christmas food, festive traditions and an overnight stay.

Christmas dinner is served as a buffet featuring roast duck, roast pork, medister, caramelised potatoes and traditional Sønderjylland-style white cabbage. For dessert, there is risalamande with cherry sauce and a prize for whoever finds the whole almond. Wine is included throughout dinner, followed by coffee and Christmas treats. You can also join in the Danish tradition of dancing around the Christmas tree.

Arrive on 24 December and enjoy Christmas Eve at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay and breakfast the next morning.

If you would prefer to start your Christmas celebrations on 23 December, the hotel also offers a longer stay. This includes afternoon coffee with a selection of cakes inspired by the traditional Sønderjylland cake table, as well as a buffet featuring regional specialities.
