Experience the whole of Haderslev, its history and its coziness when VisitHaderslev invites you on a gastronomic walk in the company of some of the city's sumptuous specialty shops. Since 1896, Slagter Vollstedt has had a home in the well-known shop at Naffet. Here you can taste some of their delicious sausages.

At Vin og Vin you can come down to their old cellar, which in the 16th century was the "Town Hall Cellar". This is where the men of the then city council gather to take care of the city's well-being. At Vin og Vin you will be able to enjoy a small side dish while you feel the rustle of history.

After this, the tour continues to S'annewich - a place in the middle of Haderslev, where owner Anne offers delicious sandwiches, prepared with love for local ingredients and attention to detail, a healthier and tastier alternative in a busy everyday life.

Next stop is Søster Is, a family-run ice cream shop owned by three sisters and their parents. You can basically taste that the berries are local, and the delicious chocolate is top quality. No wonder Søster Is has been voted the best ice cream spot in Southern Jutland several years in a row.

To wrap things up, we’ll grab something sweet at Xocolatl on the pedestrian street. Here, we’ll try colorful, flavorful chocolate where they’re not afraid to experiment with different taste combinations.
