Experience the animals at Aarø Camping up close

A few years ago, a small petting zoo was established in the forest opposite the campsite. The felled trees from the area were used for the construction of the stable.

The small zoo houses alpacas, runner ducks, goats, rabbits and chickens - all animals roam freely in their enclosures. Occasionally there are opportunities to get up close and pet the animals.

Opening hours in season:

Monday - Saturday: 10.00-12.00 and 14.00-16.00
Sunday: 10.00-12.00
