Scandic Sønderborg has four large conference rooms and eight smaller meeting rooms. The largest room can accommodate up to 195 participants. The rooms are bright and equipped with AV facilities and fast internet access.

For participants arriving by car, more than 200 free parking spaces are available directly outside the hotel.

Combine your meeting with activities

If you would like an active break from the day's programme, you can make use of the hotel's swimming pool and squash court. Outside, the hotel has a large area suitable for activities and team building, which can be arranged in collaboration with external providers.

A walk can also be incorporated into the programme. Alssund and Sundeved are within easy reach of the hotel, while Sønderborg's historic town centre is three kilometres away.

After the day's programme, participants can stay in one of the hotel's 102 bright rooms, featuring Nordic-style interiors.

Scandic Sønderborg is certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. The hotel's restaurant also holds the Bronze Organic Cuisine Label, certifying that 30–60% of the food and beverages purchased are organic.

The hotel can cater for groups of up to 195 people at a time, and a generous breakfast buffet is served each morning.
